Grant information, policies, and applications for individuals and community organizations.
The Harrington Cancer and Health Foundation (HCHF) considers grant requests from community organizations whose goals are consistent with the Foundation’s mission and cancer patients seeking financial assistance.
The primary focus areas of the Foundation:
Cancer – HCHF is interested in initiatives that focus on providing our region with quality cancer care, cancer prevention, cancer detection, supportive care and survivorship.
Community Health – HCHF is interested in funding initiatives that will improve the health and welfare of our community. Community Health is a broad term. Priority will be given to programs and projects that address the top identified health concerns of our community and which will show the greatest promise for successful implementation.
Areas include, but not limited to:
- Access to Care
- Behavioral Health
- Chronic Disease Management and Prevention
- Risky Sexual Behavior
Before applying, applicants are encouraged to contact the Foundation for guidance on their proposed funding request. For Cancer Related programs, contact Ryan Parnell and for Community Health related programs, contact Gainor Davis.
